East Baltimore Midway is Changing.

Developers are moving in.
Have you heard of East Baltimore Midway? No? Well someone has. Bob Dylan wrote the song “Times they are a-changin’,” and times are certainly changing in this neighborhood. Vacant homes are being gutted. The area is buzzing with circular saws sawing and hammers hammering. It’s the sort of activity that nearby homeowners love to see, because they know the influx of new homeowners only benefits the area. To support this transformation, Johns Hopkins University offers $2,500 in downpayment assistance to eligible buyers.
East Baltimore Midway (EBM) borders North Avenue to the south, Greenmount Avenue to the west, 25th Street to the north, and Harford Road and North Broadway in a V shape, to the east.
